
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives to attract top talent.
Oversee performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, while mitigating organizational risk.
Drive organizational development initiatives, culture-building activities, and change management.
Manage HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making.
Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in leading HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and organizational development.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to balance operational HR duties with long-term initiatives.
