1. Leadership & Management
• Provide overall direction, leadership, and supervision to project managers, engineers, and site staff.
• Develop and implement strategic goals for the division in alignment with company objectives.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, and quality excellence.
2. Project Execution
• Oversee all phases of construction projects, from planning to turnover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
• Approve project schedules, manpower plans, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
3. Financial & Resource Management
• Prepare and manage the division's annual budget.
• Monitor project costs, cash flows, and profitability.
• Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance
5. Client & Stakeholder Relations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and consultants regarding project progress and concerns.
• Negotiate contracts, variations, and claims with clients and subcontractors.
• Strengthen client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

7. Coordinate with the requesting department to ensure alignment with operational needs.
Expected Starting Month: Before November
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's degree is an advantage)
Must be a Registered (Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer is an advantage)
Minimum of 15 years or more of construction project experience
Proven track record in handling large-scale projects (commercial, industrial (Manufacturing, etc.), infrastructure)
Strong Leadership and Authority, High Sense of Responsibility, Strong Communication and Coordination Skills, High Stress Tolerance and Composure
