Company Nurse

Conduct regular health assessments, first aid, and medical care to employees as needed.

Provide immediate care during workplace emergencies, including injury or illness.

Maintain confidential employee health records and document all care provided.

Verify submitted medical and fit-to-work certificates of team members.

Assist in scheduling and implementation of annual physical exams for all employees.

Document summary of APE results and create workplace plans and programs based on APE results.

Monitor weekly the usage of medicines and conducts inventory of current medical supplies.

Recommend new medicines/supplies if necessary.

1. Graduate of BS Nursing
2. Preferably a Registered Nurse
3. With 1 year experience in the same function or a previous occupational health nurse
4. Willing to work on shifting schedule
5. Can start ASAP
6. With excellent teamwork skills
