About the Role

Responsibilities
- Transcription: Listen to live or recorded calls and capture key points accurately.
- Call Preparation: Prepare daily call lists, agendas, and materials so participants have everything they need.
- Schedule Coordination: Set up and adjust meetings with clients and teammates, handling cancellations or reschedules.
- Reports Management: Compile and deliver reports on metrics and performance indicators by deadlines.
- Virtual File Management: Update and organize digital files for easy access and retrieval.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage email correspondence, calendar appointments, and other day-to-day admin duties.
Requirements
- Able to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Positive, team-player mindset with a strong work ethic
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Zoom, and similar digital tools
