COLLECTIONS TEAM LEADER

We are looking for a Team Leader who is responsible for overseeing a team of collectors, ensuring they meet performance targets and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of collection experience.

2. Minimum 1 year of experience managing a collection team, with a team size of at least 20 members under supervision.

3. Ability to develop tailored collection scripts and strategies for various scenarios while ensuring compliance.
