Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager to strengthen Activa Media Group’s brand identity and lead our marketing efforts across Singapore and Malaysia.
This role combines strategic branding, in-house marketing execution, and brand-building initiatives—including identifying award opportunities to enhance our credibility and regional footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Identity Development
Develop and maintain a strong, cohesive brand image tailored to the regional markets (SG & MY), ensuring alignment across all communication platforms.
Marketing Collateral
Create, update, and manage a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, case studies, sales kits, and digital content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with creative, strategy, operations, and sales teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Market Research & Insights
Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform branding decisions and campaign direction.
Brand Communication
Develop compelling content and storytelling for digital channels (including the company’s and social pages) to increase brand engagement and awareness among end-users and partners.
Campaign & Event Management
Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and promotional activities—both locally and internationally—to drive brand visibility and engagement.
Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and cultivate partnerships with industry associations, influencers, media, and stakeholders to co-host seminars, interviews, or events that strengthen brand authority and presence.
Performance Tracking
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and marketing campaigns. Use data insights to optimize future strategies and ensure KPIs are met.
Budget Management
Manage the overall branding and marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
At least 2–5 years of relevant experience in branding, marketing communications, or business development.
Prior experience in handling regional markets (SG & MY) is preferred.
Hands-on experience with content creation, social media management, and digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Business Suite, etc.).
Self-starter with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently with remote teams across borders.
