What You’ll Do:
- Handle inbound calls professionally and empathetically, addressing healthcare-related inquiries.
- Verify insurance eligibility and assist patients with scheduling, rescheduling, and cancelling appointments.
- Educate patients about healthcare options and services while maintaining confidentiality.
- Accurately document patient information and update records in real-time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient patient service delivery.

What You Need:
- At least 1 year of BPO experience (preferably in a healthcare account)
- Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in basic MS Office tools
- Willingness to work onsite, including weekends and holidays
