Customers: Existing 95% New 5% (mostly Japanese manufacturing companies)
Respond to inquiries (B2B) and develop new clients/markets
Order documentation and installation (supervision)
PEZA, Customs, Shipping arrangements
Conduct client visits for product presentation/re-order/order
Coordinate internally with related Departments regarding the scheduling process and delivery of products
Creating and sending invoices and delivery notes.
Reconcile prices.
Working schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Interview: 1st: HR via web; 2nd: Hiring manager: F2F; possible 3rd with President (additional).
Note: The candidate will be required to do a sales pitch during the interview
• Below 30 years old
• Bachelor’s degree
• Computer Literate
• Good in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
• Customer Service skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Can drive going to Clark, Subic (ok for long drive)
• Pleasing personality
• With Driver’s license
