• Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner and escalating complex issues to a supervisor or manager as needed.

• Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times and demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Following established procedures and protocols for handling customer interactions and data privacy.

• Keeping up-to-date with product information and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

·         18 years old and above

·         With good to excellent in english comm. Skills

·         HS graduates with 6mos. Of BPO exp

·         College Grad/ Undergrad, ALS & Vocational course graduates w/ or w/o BPO exp
