Maintenance Technician

1. Fix & Maintain

• Do PM/CM: Perform regular preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Repair: Fix leaks, valves, seals, and minor mechanical/electrical issues.
• Replace Parts: Change sensors, filters, cloths, and tank media when needed.

2. Monitor & Operate

• Check Systems: Inspect pumps, motors, meters, and instruments regularly.
• Water Quality: Visually check discharge water and clean floating tank sludge.
• System Upkeep: Top up chemicals, bleed pump air locks, and manage sludge disposal.

3. Clean & Organize

• Clean Tanks: Wash out tanks and clean pH sensors.
• Housekeeping: Keep areas clean using 5S, and paint/label pipes.

4. Admin & Teamwork

• Log Work: Track spare parts and update work history in CMMS.
• Coordinate: Attend weekly meetings and sync with operations for machine changeovers.
