Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule qualified appointments.
• Follow up with leads and nurture relationships until appointments are secured.
• Respond to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects.
• Effectively communicate value propositions and address objections using proven scripts and processes.
• Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
• Coordinate and manage appointment schedules and calendars.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following structured scripts.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
