Plant Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities:

▪ Conduct systematic site inspections to identify operational deficiencies and maintenance requirements.

▪ Develop and manage scheduled maintenance plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, allocating tasks in accordance with projected workloads.

▪ Oversee the supervision and training of general workforce personnel.

▪ Coordinate and oversee daily sanitation and maintenance operations.

▪ Supervise all repair activities, ensuring completion within established timelines.

▪ Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee proper storage and handling of tools and equipment.

▪ Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and established site safety protocols.

▪ Execute preventive and predictive maintenance procedures to optimize asset longevity and performance.

▪ Monitor and document the progress of all maintenance and repair tasks through follow-up actions.

▪ Perform scheduled safety inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.

▪ Assist the Shift Technician/Chargeman in troubleshooting operational issues and technical diagnostics.

Job Requirement ;-

• Diploma Holder
• at least 2year related working experience
• speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia
