
ISA (Inside Sales Agent) / Lead Follow-Up Specialist:
Conduct outbound manual dialing to leads and prospects
Follow up consistently with leads from multiple lead sources
Build rapport and confidently engage in conversations with potential clients
Handle objections and maintain productive communication flow
Set appointments and nurture leads effectively
Maintain accurate and organized database updates after every interaction
Database management (KW Command)
Updating client and lead information (birthdays, anniversaries, contact infos, etc.)
Create and execute Smartplans
Removing duplicates, entries — scrubbing database
Adding contacts in to KW Command
Updating leads sources

Expectations:
Perform approximately 60–75 outbound calls within a 3–4 hour shift depending on conversation length
Generate a minimum target of 4–6 appointments per week
Maintain consistent and detailed database updates
Work independently with minimal supervision
Quickly adapt to systems and workflows
Script will be provided when needed
