Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and optimize official business social media accounts across key platforms
• Develop and maintain content calendars, including scheduling and publishing posts
• Create high-quality visual and written content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand guidelines
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to improve content strategy
• Support the execution of paid social media campaigns

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of current social media trends and platform best practices
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize content accordingly
