Summary:

Ensure seamless and timely real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role is essential in maintaining organization, accuracy, and smooth coordination throughout the entire process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement through closing.

• Coordinate with title/escrow companies, mortgage lenders, and appraisers to ensure timely progress.

• Schedule and manage inspections while maintaining consistent communication with clients, agents, title officers, lenders, and other parties involved.

• Submit all required documents to the office broker to ensure file compliance.

• Coordinate moving timelines and possession schedules.

• Schedule, organize, and attend closing procedures as needed.

• Accurately input and maintain client information in the database.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Effective coordination and scheduling abilities

• Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
