Remote Data Analyst -WFH Setup

Responsibilities:

• Manage real-time reporting and analyze trends related to key performance indicators.

• Prepare KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.

• Maintain the accuracy and timeliness of data for the assigned division.

• Work closely with leadership to support data-driven strategies and decisions.

• Regularly identify and remove duplicate records to ensure data integrity.

• Utilize multiple data sources to correct and complete inaccurate or missing data.

• Develop and use standard QC reports to detect and resolve data discrepancies.

• Establish and maintain processes for data collection, cleansing, maintenance, analysis, and validation across the organization.

Requirements:

• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to interpret patterns in data

• Organized and strategic thinker aligned with business objectives

• Proactive attitude with the ability to communicate effectively and identify opportunities
