WFH Junior Data & Insights Analyst

Key Responsibilities

·        Performance Tracking: Owns the end-to-end reporting cycle (daily to yearly) for key performance metrics (KPIs) and diagnoses emerging trends.

·        Data Integrity & Hygiene: Acts as the "gatekeeper" of data by identifying duplicates, fixing incomplete records, and merging multiple data sources for accuracy.

·        Process Optimization: Develops and implements organization-wide standards for how data is collected, cleaned, and validated.

·        Quality Control: Creates standardized QC reports to proactively catch and correct errors before they impact the business.

·        Strategic Partnership: Works closely with leadership to ensure data insights align with broader company goals.

Core Requirements

·        Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency is a must for handling complex data sets and analysis.

·        Analytical Mindset: Not just a "reporter"—needs an inquisitive nature to find patterns and "the story" behind the numbers.

·        Proactive Communication: High initiative is required to flag opportunities and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
