Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration: Prepare and process accurate quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
  • Order Management: Track and follow up on pending orders and payments to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, product information requests, and providing after-sales support.
  • Team Support: Coordinate schedules and meetings for sales staff, and maintain an inventory of sales presentation materials like brochures and slides.
  • Data & Reporting: Maintain updated and prepare monthly sales performance reports.
  • Internal Liaison: Collaborate with departments such as logistics, finance, and procurement to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery cycles. 

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Education: Typically a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with other accounting software (Autocount).
  • Core Competencies:
  • Organization: Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for professional client interaction.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and documentation to avoid order errors.
