Job Description
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will support users and content creators on an online video-sharing platform. The role involves handling customer queries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring a positive user experience while following platform policies and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to user and creator queries via email, chat, or call support
- Assist customers with account-related issues, video uploads, and basic platform usage
- Provide clear information about community guidelines and policies
- Handle complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate team
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and client guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Must be a College Graduate (NO BPO experience required)
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Ability to understand and explain policies clearly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Ability to handle customer concerns calmly and professionally
