Requirement:
a. ESH Professional Competent with register Yellow book
b. With 3 years working experience
c. able to speak and write English and Bahasa Malaysia
d. Good personnel skills and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
- Person has completed the CIBD and DOSH safety training from a registered Safety Training Organization.
- Focused on tools & equipment usage that relates to electricity, chemical storage, water, PPE, labeling, ergonomic work methods, job delegation by age group & other related issues.
- Assist Customer’s ESH team in conducting ESH monitoring and implementing of site ESH programs
- Generate documentation on ESH monitoring results, ESH reports and ensure ESH documents are up to date.
- Assist Customer’s ESH team in conducting ESH audits to ensure site compliance.
- Assist Customer’s ESH team in generating CAPA for identification issues to help improve site ESH performance.
- Maintain ESH tools/Equipment calibration up to date
- Must attend all the work permit meeting physically or online during the review
- Ensure the compliance of HSE to all ESH National Legal Requirements
- Ensure the compliance of HSE to all Customer’s ESH Standard
- Ensure regular ESH training and supervision.
- To perform analysis on near miss, safety findings and implement forward action
- To perform incident investigation, corrective action and preventive action
- To perform regular inspection on the work site to ensure zero non-compliance
- To coordinate and prepare the work permit, JHA, work procedure in relation to HSE’s contractor at site.
- To perform waste analysis and provide action to reduce.
- To conduct ESH meeting among Site team to increase engagement among the team members and resolve any safety issues.
- To ensure all incidents (including near miss, injury, property damages and health issue) are reported to customer.
- To conduct awareness and culture improvement program
- To perform related ESH duty as per required from time to time.
