Description:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from requisition to contract signing
  • Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
  • Conduct employee orientations and explain company policies and benefits


HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain employee records, HR documents, and reports
  • Process clearances, exit surveys, and general HR inquiries
  • Prepare monthly attendance and tardiness reports
  • Support office operations, permits, utilities, petty cash, and supplies
  • Coordinate with facilities, housekeeping, and maintenance teams


Compensation, Benefits & HRIS

  • Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs
  • Coordinate employee enrollment and concerns with health and insurance providers
  • Support HRIS maintenance, user access, and basic troubleshooting


Training, Performance & Employee Relations

  • Coordinate internal and external training programs
  • Monitor employee performance and support development initiatives
  • Assist in employee relations cases, disciplinary meetings, and consultations
  • Support company activities, engagement programs, and employee events


Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare manpower reports and HR dashboards
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance of HR data


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR, People & Culture, or administrative experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office; HRIS experience is an advantage
  • Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Willing to work full-time onsite in Madrigal, Alabang.
