• Provide compassionate telephone support, actively listening to patient concerns while delivering professional, empathetic service that builds trust and confidence in our healthcare services.

Master Healthcare Communication

• Schedule appointments with precision, coordinate patient care logistics, and ensure all appointment details are accurately communicated while maintaining strict confidentiality protocols.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Utilize medical screening criteria to optimize clinic operations, manage multi-account inbound/outbound activities, and collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Resolve with First-Call Excellence

Handle complex healthcare inquiries, insurance verification, billing questions, and patient concerns with proactive problem-solving skills, aiming for one-call resolution every time.

Elevate Customer Experience

• Cross-sell value-added services appropriately, identify improvement opportunities, and consistently exceed patient satisfaction expectations through superior service quality.

 

Job Qualifications:

• Above Average English communication skills

• Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
