JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Handles end-to-end process of recruitment
• Preparing new employees’ 201 file, and other government related files
• Orienting and Evaluating New Employees
• Assist the management to create a fun and engaging employee environment
• Managing the Compensation Benefits documentation
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation and administration
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status and data
• Complies with all existing governmental and labor legal and government reporting requirements.
• Manage different facets of HR as needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human resource development management, Psychology and related field.
• Proven experience as an HR is an advantage
• Keen to details
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Must be able to communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms, particularly when interacting with employees at various levels
• Highly computer literate with capability in email, Canva, and MS Office tools
• Confident in completing challenging tasks and maintaining effective performance even under pressure or stress.
• Possesses strong networking skills and remains focused on achieving results.
• Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and persistent in achieving goals.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Versatile, self-starter, and can work with less supervision.
