Your Key Responsibilities
Give great help to our valued customers. Make sure we meet their needs well.
Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and troubleshoot issues with professionalism and empathy.
Work with team members to keep a positive work environment. Also, work with them to achieve shared goals.
Needed Qualifications
You completed at least two years of college. You prefer complex or bachelor of science courses.
Required with at least six months of call center experience.
Employers prefer fresh college graduates.
