Your Key Responsibilities
Assist clients from Japanese Finance and Accounting backgrounds with their inquiries and concerns.
Use your English and Japanese well. Use them to communicate and provide good service.
Use your 2-3 years of experience. Use it to ensure smooth interactions and problem-solving for our valued clients.
Needed Qualifications
Local (Filipino) candidates have worked in Japan and have JLPT N3 or higher (Kanji) certification.
Strong communication abilities in both English and Japanese.
2-3 years of prior experience in customer service or related fields.
