Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to our E-Commerce clients

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure swift issue resolution.

 

Needed Qualifications:

  • At least two years of BPO technical support experience

  • High school graduate or equal

  • Above-average communication skills
