Description:

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving awareness and demand for the hiring company's OEM lubricant products. As the Marketing and Planning Head, you will craft and execute innovative marketing strategies through both traditional and non-traditional channels, ensuring the continued growth and success of the company and its OEM product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing plans and campaigns for the company's targeted customers which are based on the company's overall growth strategies
  • Generate awareness and demand for the (OEM) products through traditional and non-traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to create product-specific marketing strategies and provide support in execution.
  • Lead and mentor a team, supervising the Marketing and Planning Officer in implementing campaigns that drive demand.
  • Display extensive knowledge of all the company's lubricant product specifications and skillfully integrate unique selling points into marketing materials for various customer segments
  • Effectively communicate the brand message to customers and potential clients through web and social media platforms in partnership with advertising agencies.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have a degree in Marketing, Communication or any 4-year university course
  • At least 3 to 5 years in marketing, public relations and/or advertising.
  • Preferably with experience in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns for fuels, lubricants and other oil-related products.
  • Knowledge in basic MS Office Work tools (i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with a wide range of traditional (print, audio, video) and non-traditional marketing channels, including social media.
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset; and clientfocus.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a flair for creative, out-of-the-box thinking.
