What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain lead databases, pipelines, and CRM systems.
• Respond to and qualify inbound leads from various sources.
• Ensure timely lead follow-up through texts, emails, and automated campaigns.
• Assign and reassign leads to agents based on activity and appointment status.
• Support agents by answering CRM-related inquiries and providing guidance when needed.
• Monitor agent productivity, lead activity, and conversion performance.
• Build and maintain trackers, dashboards, and reports using Google Sheets.
• Generate productivity and accountability reports to support business goals.
• Manage referral tracking and related documentation.
• Maintain backup lead databases and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate CRM updates, training announcements, and team communications.
• Upload leads to dialers and assist with scheduling appointments and showings.
