About the Role

As a Transaction Backer, you will manage and coordinate the full transaction lifecycle, ensuring all parties are aligned and every detail is accurately handled. This role is essential in delivering a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Oversee real estate transactions from executed contract to closing.
• Coordinate with title/escrow officers, lenders, and appraisers.
• Manage inspections and ensure timely updates for all parties.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, agents, and partners.
• Ensure all documents are complete and compliant for broker review.
• Schedule closings and coordinate moving or possession timelines.
• Enter and update client and transaction data in the database.
• Support a smooth, organized, and on-time closing process.
