Develop High-Performing Sales Professionals
Cyberbacker is seeking an experienced Growthbacker Trainer to drive the development, performance, and success of our sales teams. This role is ideal for sales leaders and trainers who are passionate about coaching, performance improvement, and helping individuals reach their full potential.
As a Growthbacker Trainer, you will design and deliver impactful training programs, analyze performance metrics, facilitate coaching sessions, and develop strategies that improve sales effectiveness across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver onboarding, coaching, and sales development programs.
- Analyze sales scorecards and performance data to identify training opportunities.
- Develop and manage monthly and quarterly training plans based on team needs.
- Facilitate role-play sessions focused on prospecting, appointment setting, objection handling, and closing.
- Conduct call reviews and provide actionable coaching to improve sales performance.
- Continuously refine training materials, scripts, and learning resources.
- Mentor Growth Apprentices and support their professional development.
- Collaborate with leadership to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs such as appointment rates, conversion rates, productivity, and revenue growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and performance excellence.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales training, coaching, leadership, or sales management.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales, appointment setting, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Experience analyzing sales performance metrics and translating insights into training initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Experience with CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, and performance tracking systems is an advantage.
