Support the Loan Process with Accuracy and Excellence

Cyberbacker is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mortgage / Loan Processing Specialist to provide essential backend support to Loan Officers and mortgage teams. This non-voice role is ideal for professionals who excel at documentation, compliance, and process management in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of the team, you'll help ensure loan applications move efficiently from submission to closing while maintaining accuracy and compliance throughout the process.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review, organize, and process loan application documents.
  • Support Loan Officers with administrative and documentation requirements.
  • Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Track loan progress and ensure timely completion of required tasks.
  • Maintain organized digital records and loan files.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing workflows.


Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines with accuracy.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mortgage or loan processing, loan officer support, or related financial services roles.
  • Familiarity with ARRIVE or similar loan origination and mortgage processing platforms.
  • Understanding of mortgage documentation, compliance, and lending workflows.
