Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule qualified appointments.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships until appointments are secured.
Respond to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects.
Effectively communicate value propositions and address objections using proven scripts and processes.
Maintain accurate records and updates within the CRM system.
Coordinate and manage appointment schedules and calendars.

Qualifications

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable making outbound calls and following structured scripts.
Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Ability to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups effectively.
