We're looking for highly organized and detail-oriented professionals to join our team as a Part-Time Transaction Backer. In this role, you'll help ensure smooth and efficient real estate transactions from contract to closing while providing exceptional coordination and administrative support.

About the Role

As a Transaction Backer, you will serve as a key point of coordination between clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders, helping keep transactions on track and ensuring all documentation and timelines are managed accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from contract acceptance through closing.
• Coordinate with lenders, title and escrow officers, appraisers, agents, and clients.
• Monitor inspections, deadlines, schedules, and transaction milestones.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with required documentation.
• Coordinate closing schedules, moving timelines, and possession dates.
• Update and manage client and transaction information within company systems.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational, scheduling, and time management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
