Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain lead records within the CRM system.
Respond to and resolve CRM-related inquiries and issues.
Process, qualify, and distribute inbound leads.
Build and manage lead follow-up and nurturing campaigns.
Monitor agent activity and support lead conversion efforts.
Generate productivity, accountability, and conversion reports.
Create and maintain trackers, dashboards, and lead databases.
Manage pipeline tools, dialers, referrals, and lead assignments.
Coordinate CRM updates, training announcements, and team communications.
