Position Overview
As a Social Media Backer, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing our clients' social media presence across multiple platforms. You will develop engaging content, monitor audience interactions, analyze performance metrics, and help execute strategies that strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage business profiles across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (formerly Twitter).
- Develop, schedule, and publish content in accordance with approved content calendars and marketing objectives.
- Monitor social media channels and engage with audiences by responding to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Create and maintain content calendars designed to increase brand visibility, audience engagement, and online presence.
- Design graphics and create multimedia content using platforms such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and similar tools.
- Track, analyze, and interpret social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights through regular reporting.
- Support the planning and implementation of paid social media campaigns across various digital platforms.
- Stay informed of emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to support ongoing optimization efforts.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current social media trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in basic graphic design and content creation tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability.
