Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain CRM systems and lead databases

• Respond to and process inbound leads in real time

• Assign, reassign, and nurture leads through structured follow-up campaigns

• Support agents with CRM inquiries, training, and workflow guidance

• Monitor lead progress, agent activity, and conversion performance

• Create dashboards, trackers, and productivity reports using Google Sheets

• Ensure data accuracy, pipeline management, and lead distribution efficiency
