What You’ll Do

• Contact leads and schedule client appointments
• Follow up with prospects to nurture interest
• Handle inbound calls, texts, and emails
• Use scripts to communicate value and address objections
• Update CRM records after each interaction
• Manage and coordinate appointment calendars

What We’re Looking For

• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Comfortable with calls and following structured scripts
• Good listener with strong customer service skills
• Organized, responsive, and results-driven mindset
