Description:

OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION

Primary responsible for implementation and coordination of sales and marketing related strategies in accordance with the recommended methods and guidelines given by the company towards the achievement of sales and marketing goals in the territory.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

I. Sales and Marketing

  • Promotes products in the given division in the adherence to the company’s sales and marketing strategies and its preceding action plans.
  • Facilitate towards the achievement of quality and quantitative MD call objectives in the territory.
  • Reports accordingly to the given client specified in the itinerary.
  • Maintains and develops good client relationship with doctors, pharmacists and other relative key stakeholders in the business.
  • Conducts and reviews current market surveys in order to determine the territory’s share in the market given the products lines handled.
  • Ensure implementation of relative activities or projects required by the company.
  • Application of efficient selling techniques and methods in regular sales calls in order to achieve specified sales objectives working together with its counterpart.
  • Regular review and familiarization of existing accounts within the given territory in order to maximize the business and relative needs necessary and as well as tap on potential accounts to enhance the business further.

II. Administrative

  • Submission of required reports on time or any ad hoc reports as may be deemed necessary.
  • Abides stringently with the company’s compliance policies, provisions and code of conduct at any time. This also includes adherence to the hospital/institution relative guidelines or policies that relates to coverage of doctors in the said territory. Proper decorum and pleasing personality is also to be followed at all times.
  • Ensure responsibility and accountability of company endorsed properties such as call cards, samples, promotional materials, allowances, detailing packet, company car and other company endorsed properties that may be endorsed anytime at the course of performing its duties.
  • Full cooperation and coordination with immediate superior with tasks essential to the job.
  • Attends to required meetings and sales conferences regularly and promptly. Active participation is also ensured with these given meetings and conferences.
  • Impart valuable inputs on key concerns towards the improvement of the business in the given territory or division.
  • Ensure and keeps updated records of MD calls, account sales, projects and other relative documentations that may be required that relates to the course of duties.
  • Sustains high level or product knowledge and competency.
  • Accomplishment of any given tasks that may be required from time to time by the immediate superior/s.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education: Graduate from Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience: At least 1-3 years of working experience in the Orthopedic Industry, preferably as a medical representative or alike. Preferably with experience handling Ortho/Rheuma /Rehab doctors.
