Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze real-time performance metrics, identifying trends and actionable insights
- Prepare and deliver KPI reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data for your assigned division
- Collaborate closely with leadership to support data-driven strategies
- Review and eliminate duplicate records to maintain data integrity
- Update incomplete or incorrect data using multiple data sources
- Develop and maintain quality control (QC) reports to detect and resolve data issues
- Implement and improve processes for data collection, cleaning, validation, and analysis across the organization
Qualifications:
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a natural curiosity for uncovering patterns and insights
- Organized and strategic thinker who aligns reporting with business goals
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify opportunities and take initiative
- Team player with experience in a collaborative work environment
