We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to lead our water and wastewater treatment projects. You will be the bridge between design, construction, and the client, ensuring that our systems (WWTP/IETS) are built to the highest engineering and environmental standards.
DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK
1. Project Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Lead the transition from the "Tender/Design" phase to "On-site Execution."
2. Technical & Engineering Oversight
- Review and approve P&ID, PFD, and layout drawings.
- Supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) components, including pumps, aerators, and filtration systems.
- Troubleshoot process issues during the testing and commissioning (T&C) phase.
3. Financial & Resource Management
- Manage the project P&L, ensuring all works stay within the allocated budget.
- Verify sub-contractor progress claims and manage Variation Orders (VO).
4. Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure all project activities comply with SPAN guidelines.
- Liaise with the Department of Environment (DOE) for Written Permissions and final handover.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum [5] years in Wastewater Treatment or Water Infrastructure.
- Certifications:
- Preferred Professional Engineer (PE) with BEM.
- Preferred] CePIETSO (PCP/BP) competency.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership to manage multi-disciplinary site teams and handle client negotiations.
