We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Management Specialist to oversee real-time reporting and maintain the highest standards of data integrity. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with an analytical mindset and a mastery of reporting tools.

Core Responsibilities

·        Manage and oversee real-time reporting while analyzing trends across key performance metrics.

·        Prepare and deliver comprehensive KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.

·        Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data within the assigned division.

·        Collaborate closely with leadership teams to provide insights that support data-driven strategies.

·        Conduct regular data audits to identify and remove duplicate entries, ensuring data integrity.

·        Utilize multiple data sources to validate, update, and correct incomplete or inaccurate records.

·        Develop and maintain quality control (QC) reports to detect, monitor, and resolve inconsistencies.

·        Establish and implement efficient processes for data collection, cleansing, and validation.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

·        Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling data.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·        Analytical and inquisitive mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.

·        Highly organized with strong strategic thinking aligned with business objectives.
