Role

Direct and simplify the real estate journey by managing every detail from contract execution to the final handshake. This role is essential for maintaining order and ensuring that every milestone in the transaction process is met with precision and professionalism.

Core Responsibilities

·        Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of buyer and seller transactions once a purchase agreement is signed.

·        Act as the primary liaison between title companies, escrow officers, mortgage lenders, and appraisers.

·        Organize property inspections and provide consistent status updates to all stakeholders, including clients and agents.

·        Compile and submit all necessary paperwork to the managing broker to guarantee regulatory compliance.

·        Facilitate the logistics for client move-in dates and property possession.

·        Organize and oversee the final closing schedule to ensure a successful completion.

·        Maintain the accuracy of the client database by recording all pertinent transaction details.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Superior command of the English language, both written and spoken.

·        Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on error-free documentation.

·        Advanced organizational skills and the ability to manage strict timelines.

·        Strong background in scheduling and multi-party coordination.
