Support accurate financial reporting and ensure efficient day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a strong understanding of financial processes, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining precise, accurate, and reliable records.

Core Responsibilities

·        Establish and maintain clients’ Chart of Accounts (COA) to ensure proper financial organization.

·        Accurately record all financial transactions, including income, expenses, assets, and liabilities.

·        Conduct regular reviews of bookkeeping entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

·        Perform monthly bank reconciliations and assist with month-end closing processes.

·        Match income records with corresponding bank deposits to ensure alignment and accuracy.

·        Communicate via email to properly categorize and resolve uncategorized or unclear transactions.

·        Prepare and generate monthly financial reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

·        Perform clean-up and catch-up bookkeeping tasks to update and organize financial data.

·        Review payroll records and analyze details to ensure accuracy.

·        Manage accounts payable and receivable by preparing, verifying, and recording transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

·        Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.

·        Familiarity with accounting tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and QuickBooks.

·        Structured and methodical approach to managing tasks and workflows.

·        Ability to work independently while handling multiple responsibilities efficiently.

·        High level of integrity and accountability in handling sensitive financial data.
