Description:
CREDIT AND COLLECTION STAFF
Credit and Collection staff, also known as collections specialists or credit collectors, ensure that clients pay their bills on time. They also resolve billing issues and payment disputes.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Monitor accounts to identify overdue debts
· Contact clients about overdue payments
· Negotiate payment plans
· Process payments and refunds
· Resolve billing and customer credit issues
· Handle payment disputes between businesses and customers
· Maintain accurate records of open accounts
· Ensure all billings are received by clients in a timely manner
· Take action to encourage timely debt payments
REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:
Ø must be graduate of any 4-year Business course
Ø preferably female
Ø willing to assigned in Quezon City
Ø experience in the said position is an advantage
Ø experience in SAP is also an advantage
Ø good communication skills
Ø With initiative
Ø With accounting graduate is an advantage
Ø Negotiation skills
Ø Ability to balance the interests of the business and the customer
Ø Ability to handle objections and resistance
