Role

Ensure smooth and timely real estate transactions from start to finish. This role is crucial for maintaining organization throughout the process from the initial contract to the final closing. The ideal candidate acts as a central hub for communication, ensuring all parties stay informed and all deadlines are met.

Core Responsibilities

·        Oversee all aspects of buyer and seller transactions from the executed purchase agreement through to closing.

·        Coordinate essential real estate processes, including title/escrow, mortgage loans, and appraisals.

·        Manage inspections and maintain regular communication with clients, agents, title officers, and lenders.

·        Submit all required documentation to the office broker to ensure full file compliance.

·        Coordinate moving and possession schedules to ensure a seamless transition for clients.

·        Schedule and coordinate the closing process to ensure all requirements are satisfied.

·        Manage data integrity by entering and updating all client information within the company database.
