Summary:

We are looking for a persuasive and results-driven Appointment Setter who thrives on building connections and creating opportunities. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in making strong first impressions—engaging leads, generating interest, and setting the foundation for successful client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Call and engage with a high volume of leads/prospects to schedule appointments with clients

• Conduct consistent follow-ups and nurturing activities until appointments are successfully set

• Respond promptly to inbound calls, text messages, and emails from prospects

• Follow structured scripts to effectively communicate value propositions and handle objections

• Update and maintain accurate records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system after each interaction

• Coordinate and manage appointment schedules to ensure efficiency and organization

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Comfortable making outbound calls and confidently delivering scripts

• Strong customer service orientation with active listening skills
