Summary:

This key position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills. In this role, you will provide essential support to business leaders by helping streamline operations, manage daily workflows, and ensure overall efficiency in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

Transcription: Listen to live or recorded calls and accurately capture key information and important details

Call Preparation: Organize daily schedules, prepare meeting agendas, and ensure all necessary materials are ready in advance

Schedule Coordination: Arrange and manage meetings with clients and team members, including handling adjustments, rescheduling, and cancellations as needed

Report Handling: Gather, prepare, and submit reports on key performance indicators within set deadlines

Digital File Management: Maintain and organize virtual files to ensure accuracy, consistency, and easy accessibility

Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks such as email management, calendar scheduling, and ensuring timely completion of tasks

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and take initiative in resolving challenges

• Strong team player with a positive attitude and a high sense of responsibility

• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

• Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace and Zoom
