Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee real-time reporting while analyzing trends across key performance metrics

• Prepare and deliver comprehensive KPI reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis

• Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of data within the assigned division

• Work closely with leadership teams to provide insights that support data-driven strategies and decisions

• Conduct regular data reviews to identify and remove duplicate entries, ensuring data integrity

• Leverage multiple data sources to validate, update, and correct incomplete or inaccurate records

• Create and maintain quality control (QC) reports to detect, monitor, and resolve data inconsistencies

• Develop and implement effective processes for data collection, cleaning, maintenance, analysis, and validation across the organization

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level

• Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in handling data

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Analytical and curious mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful insights

• Highly organized with the ability to think strategically and align reports with business goals

• Self-driven and proactive in identifying improvements and communicating with the team
