Summary:
Drive lead generation and conversion with accuracy and efficiency. This role is ideal for tech-savvy individuals who excel in managing systems, optimizing workflows, and maintaining organized processes.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain leads within the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and organization.
• Report CRM-related issues promptly through the appropriate support channels.
• Provide assistance and training to agents regarding CRM usage and best practices.
• Handle inbound leads from calls and online platforms, identifying their stage in the buying or selling process.
• Ensure immediate response and proper lead processing, including tagging, activating drip campaigns, sending welcome messages, and assigning leads to agents.
• Develop and implement effective follow-up systems for agents.
• Nurture leads through consistent communication via email and text until they are ready for engagement.
• Reassign leads to agents once appointments are confirmed.
• Monitor agent activities daily to ensure productivity and accountability.
• Track completed tasks and performance metrics to evaluate lead conversion rates and meet targets.
• Generate reports on agent productivity and accountability.
• Create and maintain trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets.
• Monitor referrals and prepare necessary referral documentation.
• Build and maintain a backup lead database in case of CRM issues.
• Manage database systems and pipeline tools effectively.
• Upload leads to dialers and coordinate scheduling of showings for agents.
• Communicate updates regarding CRM training, webinars, and team announcements.
