Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Prospect databases and set appointments for recruiting and sales.
  • Campaign Management: Create and run email, newsletter, and social media ads (Facebook).
  • CRM Operations: Manage KW Command, track pipelines, and automate follow-ups via SmartPlans.
  • Data Tracking: Verify closed transactions and manage lead referral results.

Requirements
